Clothesline Mobile® App

Bringing cutting edge technology into the laundry room has always been our priority. That’s why we’ve developed Clothesline Mobile, an app that offers both residents and property managers an all-access pass to their laundry room facility from their cellphones.

With Clothesline Mobile®, residents will be able to:

The new Clothesline Quickview® app is for users who do not pay for machine cleaning and drying. It enables all the same functionality of our Clothesline app but removes the checkout and account balance features. It’s perfect for universities and schools.

Laundry Card Systems

We are proud to offer a wide range of laundry card systems and payment options. Our state of the art systems make it easier for your residents to do their laundry. Why should you choose our laundry card solutions?

STAND-ALONE SYSTEM

Through a Smart Card Kiosk located at your property, customers purchase a Laundry Card and load it with monetary value. After payment is provided, the Laundry Card Kiosk can load value onto the Laundry Card and can also dispense a new Laundry Card. After loading value on their laundry card, the customer can use the card to start a washer or dryer.

ELIMINATES COINS

The FMB Laundry System eliminates the use of quarters, residents appreciate not having to carry quarters and use bill changers. Laundry rooms may also feel more secure to both staff and customers.

FLEXIBLE REVALUE OPTIONS

Depending on the type of Kiosk selected, residents can add value with cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.
